Feedback
Our practice encourages patients and others to provide both positive and negative feedback as part of our partnership approach to healthcare. We have clear processes in place to ensure that all feedback is reviewed and responded to appropriately.
Opportunities are available for patients and other visitors to tell us how we are doing. We provide a feedback/complaint form that allows patients to share their views and experiences with us on a day-to-day basis. We aim to follow up on suggestions and acknowledge expressions of appreciation wherever possible.
Where appropriate, patients are encouraged to raise any concerns directly with the practice team. We aim to resolve concerns promptly and effectively within the practice, in accordance with our complaints and resolution procedure.
As a result of the feedback received, we have made improvements in the following areas:
Promoting open communication between staff and patients.
Providing staff training on effective communication techniques.
Informing patients of the estimated waiting time upon arrival.
Reviewing procedures to ensure delays are clearly explained to patients.
